Brian Kludas appointed as Axiom's Vice President of Client Success

AXIOM Sales Force Development, a leader in sales productivity improvement and helping organizations maximize their revenue opportunities, today announced the appointment of Brian Kludas as Vice President of Client Success. Brian will direct the company’s commitment to providing world-class service to its clients, working with them to understand their challenges and drive ROI to achieve critical business goals.

Kludas 2Over the past 15 years, Brian has been engaged in sales excellence initiatives for a variety of clients at Axiom. Through the development and execution of programs and the utilization of the Axiom platform, clients have seen growth in their overall execution and achievement of defined success metrics. Prior to his time with Axiom, he worked on operational efficiencies with sales organizations in telecommunications. Brian brings expertise in the Axiom methodology, tools, and overall program management.

During his time with Axiom, Brian has been an Instructor, Director of Certification, and the Sr. Director of Client Success.

Rick Smith, CEO

Rick is the CEO at Axiom Sales Force Development. His philosophy is centered around building a strong operational foundation and taking a proactive and results-driven approach to partner with clients to achieve success. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling and earned his master’s degree in human resources training and development. Prior to working in technology with companies like PeopleAnswers and Infor, he spent the first 15 years of his career working with families and children in the non-profit sector and now serves on the board of The Hope Clinic in his local community. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, working out, and listening to audiobooks or podcasts. Rick is passionate about continuous learning and improvement and helping others move from "I can't" to "I can".
