Rick will direct the company’s commitment to providing world-class service and ensuring clients achieve their critical business goals.
A proven executive with more than 15 years of experience in Client Success and using SaaS-based solutions, Rick most recently served as Vice President of Client Services & Operations at Infor. Prior to Infor, he led the Client Success team at PeopleAnswers where he and his team achieved historic revenue retention rates of over 96%. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and earned his Master’s degree in Human Resources Training and Development.

His passion about sales behavior and coaching helps develop people into their best selves. Bob holds a degree in Marketing from Miami University. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous corporate events and industry conferences.
