Bob Sanders Bob Sanders has more than twenty five-years experience in sales, sales management, and marketing. He is dedicated to elevating the sales profession and delivering exceptional results for sales people, their customers and their companies. Bob co-authored AXIOM's “Selling Sciences Program™” workbook and audio program, and is a contributor on A Journey to Sales Transformation. Bob currently serves as President and CEO of AXIOM Sales Force Development sharing his passion about sales behavior, coaching, and developing people into their best selves.

From 2006 until he rejoined AXIOM in 2009, Bob served as Vice President of Sales for Ortiva Wireless, Inc.; a venture funded wireless video technology company. At Ortiva Bob led a team responsible for introducing the company’s video optimization technology to wireless operators around the world and successfully sold and implemented solutions at Sprint and Vodafone.

Bob first joined AXIOM, then Burton Training Group, as a partner in the fall of 1993. From 1993 until 2006, he helped dozens of companies; hundreds of managers, and thousands of sellers increase their sales results, and improve customer satisfaction resulting in hundreds of millions in additional revenue.

Before joining AXIOM in 1993, Bob ran the marketing organization for Sprint Products Group, a division of Sprint North Supply. In this capacity, he led the company through a complete marketing overhaul including the development and introduction of several new products, a name change and the integration of marketing into the product development process. He also led a team of people responsible for defining the company's initial product development process and launching its first voice-messaging platform. Prior to heading the marketing department, Bob managed a dealer network covering nine states in the central U.S. Before joining Sprint, he developed and managed a similar sales channel for Genesis Electronics, one of the early voice mail companies.

Bob holds a degree in Marketing from Miami University. He has been a featured guest on “Embracing the Journey” and the “Small Business Podcast,” and is a founding underwriter and frequent contributor to the Sales Management Association. When Bob is not advocating on behalf of buyers and sellers worldwide, he is an avid cyclist, father, and husband.
